Ordering and Payment
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.
We provide a range of payment methods including:
Credit Card: We accept credit cards processed securely by Eway.
PayPal: Australia's favourite way to pay online. PayPal is a fast, easy and safe way to make payments online.
Orders can also be placed over the phone and paid for with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). For this option please call us directly on 02 9525 7211 and we will process your order manually.
We offer a 14 day exchange period for all online and in-store purchases (except sale items). This means if you change your mind or are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn't how you expected, then you have 14 days from the order date to contact us to notify us that you will be returning the goods. If you are returning online purchases due to any of the reasons above then the freight cost to return the goods will be at your own expense.
Items for exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unused and new and must be in the condition they were sent to you in, which means they must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Items and their original packaging must not be marked, damaged or scratched and must be returned within the 14 days of the date of your order (as outlined above).
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us prior to sending it back and we will confirm our return procedures to you and advise you of the best way for you to return it to us. Once you have notified us of your request for exchange, please return the item with a copy of your receipt and a letter clearly stating your name and order number and the items you would like to return or exchange. Postage costs for re-sending you your exchanged items must be paid for by you before your items will leave the shop. We can normally turn your exchange around very quickly, but during busier periods, please allow for up to 14 days for us to process your request. If you are returning an item due to a fault or incorrect order, please ensure you contact us either via telephone or email prior to sending the items back to us.

If you are returning an item or items to us, we strongly recommend using a post service that allows for tracking, as we will not be responsible for items you return to us that do not arrive. Most items when sent via the postal network and charged accordingly based on weight.
Should we not be able to exchange your item in line with your preferences or due to availability, upon receiving your returned items we will send you a credit note in the post for the value of your order, less the original freight fee. Your credit note will have an 8 week validity and can be used at either our littleredchick.com.au or partyboutique.com.au online stores, or in our Caringbah store.
We do not refund goods purchased if you simply change your mind. We will only offer a refund on goods purchased if the goods are deemed faulty.
At times, it could be possible that the item you have ordered, for some reason is no longer available. If this occurs we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative suggestion, alternatively we can cancel your order and refund your money at this point.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on sale items. Sale items cannot be placed in a lay-by.
Faulty Items: If your goods arrive damaged or you find them to be faulty then please contact us via telephone as soon as you can (within 7 days from receiving your order). We will refund or exchange (if still in stock) any items that we agree to have been found faulty or damaged. All damaged or faulty items must be returned to us at the shop before a refund or exchange can be processed. We will also reimburse you for the freight incurred for sending the parcel back to us as long as you use Australia Post.
Once your faulty/damaged items are received back to our store and it is agreed that they are in fact faulty/damaged, we will arrange either an exchange or refund. If we are refunding you, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the goods plus the freight incurred by you to return the goods to us (freight return cost will based on the most cost effective freight fee available). Please contact us prior to sending your goods back so we can determine the best and most cost effective way for your goods to be returned to us. Your refund will be processed either via paypal or eway within 48 hours of your damaged/faulty goods being received by us. Refund method will be based upon the form of payment you used to pay for your initial order.
If you purchase or receive a Little Red Chick Gift Certificate it can be used either in store at our shop in Caringbah or online. Your Gift Certificate will have a unique number written on it. It is this number that you will need to enter at the checkout on our website to redeem your voucher credit. Please be aware that you cannot part use your voucher online, it must be used in full in one transaction.
At Little Red Chick we respect your privacy and as such your personal details will be kept safe and confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law. As an online customer, your email address will be added to our database to receive our online newsletter. Should you wish to not receive this email, please unsubscribe via the provided links.
Layby Terms and Conditions
At Little Red Chick we offer a 4 week lay-by service for in-store customers. A minimum $20 transaction is required to set up a lay-by. Upon setting up a lay-by, a 20% deposit or a minimum $20, whichever is the greater value is required to be paid at the time of your order.
Individual items will not be separated from the lay-by until final payment has been made.
You are expected to take your goods in full once you have paid out your lay-by.
All items remain the property of Little Red Chick until your lay-by has been paid in full.
Regular weekly payments are required. If weekly payments are not made, you are in breach of your lay-by agreement and risk your lay-by being cancelled.
If the lay-by is cancelled within the lay-by period, then all monies will be refunded less the initial 20% or $20 deposit. If you fail to make regular weekly payments / or do not finalise your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us for an extension) your lay-by risks being cancelled. If your lay-by is up to 14 days overdue, and you have not contacted us for an extension, your lay-by will be cancelled, the stock will be returned to the store and you will forfeit your deposits to a maximum cancellation fee of $30.
If your lay-by exceeds 14 days overdue, your lay-by will be cancelled without any further contact, the stock will be returned to the store and you will forfeit your deposits to a maximum cancellation fee of $50
Lay-by cancellation fees are applied to cover all admin and storage costs associated with the lay-by. The length of time the lay-by is overdue is also taken into consideration upon determining the cancellation fees, especially when the items on lay-by are seasonal stock items.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
How do we protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.
Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the eWay Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card payments for general users. Credit Card payments are made directly through a 256 bit SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored – this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.
Little Red Chick Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
The information contained in the following terms and conditions concern the operation of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program; use of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Card; and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program.
By use of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Card the customer agrees to the Little Red Chick terms and conditions as laid out below and any amendments that may occur at any time.
1.1 By registering, a member accepts these Terms and Conditions. Little Red Chick reserves the right to withdraw, add or vary any of the Conditions of the Program at any time. These Conditions will apply to all Little Red Chick Loyalty Program transactions.
1.2. By becoming a member of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program a member must provide Little Red Chick with an email address and mobile number which may be used for loyalty program communication and Little Red Chick promotional purposes. By accepting these Conditions Little Red Chick are permitted to communicate to a member via email, telephone or SMS. Little Red Chick will not accept any liability for any communication to any member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
1.3 Little Red Chick will not disclose a member's information (except for any statutory or legal requirements) without a member's prior approval.
1.4. Membership of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program is only open to individuals. The membership, loyalty cards and loyalty dollars earned are not transferrable and may not be used by any person other than the cardholder.
1.5. A person may only register once. Membership is free. Registration is by completing the registration form instore at Little Red Chick only.
1.6. A member must notify Little Red Chick immediately of any change of address or personal information; or of a lost or stolen membership card via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
1.7 Little Red Chick is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. An administration fee may apply for the replacement of any card.
1.8 The Little Red Chick Loyalty Card remains the property of Little Red Chick.
1.9. Little Red Chick reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Little Red Chick will not be liable for the suspension or cancellation of the program on any account including (without limitation) for any loyalty dollar balance in a member’s account at the time of suspension or cancellation. Little Red Chick will aim to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
1.10. Upon cancellation, any remaining Loyalty Dollars of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program will be forfeited.
1.11 Little Red Chick may cancel a members’ membership at any time without notice for any reason, including if the member fails to comply with these terms and conditions, supplies any misleading information, makes misrepresentation to Little Red Chick or abuses any privilege afforded to the member.
1.12 A member may terminate membership of the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program at any time by writing to Little Red Chick via email email@example.com or by phoning Little Red Chick on 02 9525 7211.
2.Earning and Claiming Loyalty Dollars
2.1 Only a Little Red Chick Loyalty Card can participate in the Little Red Chick Loyalty Program.
2.2 Only one Little Red Chick Loyalty Card per transaction is permitted.
2.3 Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars can only be redeemed if the membership card is registered.
The Little Red Chick Loyalty Card is not a credit card or charge card. Loyalty Dollars earned are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Loyalty Dollars cannot be dealt with except in accordance with these Conditions. Loyalty Dollars have no cash or monetary value.
2.4 Loyalty Dollars will only be awarded for purchases made in store at Little Red Chick. All online purchases will not earn or accumulate Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars (including online purchases that have selected the option for in store pick up), and Loyalty Dollars cannot be redeemed online.
2.5 Loyalty Dollars are earned on the basis that every $50 spent instore at Little Red Chick in a single transaction will earn one (1) Loyalty Dollar. Each Loyalty Dollar redeemed has a notional value of $1. Loyalty Dollars are based on whole dollars paid, inclusive of GST.
2.6 Loyalty Dollars earned are awarded to a member’s account immediately and will be available immediately for redemption on their next purchase. Any Loyalty Dollars earned and the total balance of Loyalty Dollars available to spend will be visible on all instore purchase receipts.
2.7 Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars can only be awarded at the time of purchase. To earn Loyalty Dollars, the Little Red Chick Loyalty Card must be presented for all transactions including purchases, returns and lay bys. For phone orders, a member must notify staff and provide evidence that they are a Little Red Chick Loyalty Member at the time of purchase in order to earn Loyalty Dollars on eligible purchases.
2.8 Loyalty Dollars earned can only be redeemed when making a new purchase and cannot be used on their own.
2.9 No other offers or discount vouchers may be used when redeeming Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars for purchase.
2.10 The purchase of Little Red Chick gift vouchers and hire items will not earn Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars.
2.11 Little Red Chick reserves the right to exclude purchases of some selected lines (as advertised by Little Red Chick), or purchases made at specific promotional events, from earning Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars.
2.12 Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars cannot be used to pay for Lay Bys.
2.13 When a Member uses Loyalty Dollars towards a new purchase, the Loyalty Dollars are deducted from the balance of a member's account.
2.14 Unused Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars expire 30th June each year, regardless of when Loyalty Dollars are credited to a member’s account, or if the Loyalty Program is cancelled or suspended. At close of business on 30th June each year, all member Loyalty Dollar accounts will be converted to zero balance.
2.15 In addition to deductions for Loyalty Dollars claimed, Little Red Chick will deduct from the balance of a member's account any Loyalty Dollars credited in error and any Loyalty Dollars relating to a transaction which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
2.16 Members will be able to review their Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollar summary on all instore purchase receipts. Any Loyalty Dollar statement disputes must be made via email within 7 days of the transaction, otherwise it will be taken to be correct. Little Red Chick’s decision on any such dispute is final and binding.
2.17 All Loyalty Dollars are subject to availability. The Little Red Chick Loyalty Program is not liable for any Loyalty Dollars not being available for any reason whatsoever.
2.18 Little Red Chick Loyalty Dollars are offered at the absolute discretion of Little Red Chick and reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or in any way change this at any time without prior notice.
